We are looking for a wood fired pizza oven chef for two community events - each around 3 hours plus dough prep time. We provide all ingredients and preparation space. Award rate plus 25% casual loading plus 5%. Wednesday 10 December - larger numbers but will be a limited menu as it will be a "pizza by the slice" offering to family groups. Max four choices - basic toppings. The other date is Friday 5 December - group of around 25 people. i’m seeking a skilled Cook/Chef Assistant, preferably with some experience in large catering events for a private event in Newcastle on the 15th of November (80guests).
