I need to re stain the outside of my front door and surround (jam etc). I’d like someone to come and sand it back for me and also to fill the nail holes ready for me to apply the stain.

I want to change to a lighter colour to match TV stand

Looking to re-stain or paint cladding to darker color

I need my decking prepped and restained. Its 13x2m. It’s in fairly good condition as far as screws etc goes. Just sun damage to the surface. I’m open to advice on what stain to use and can purchase that separately. Ground floor. Easy access and parking.

I have the decking paint, I just need someone to prepare and paint/stain the wooden panels on my balcony. There are two ends that need painting that are approximately 3m x 3m and a harder to reach area above the windows and doors to my balcony which is approximately 6m in length and a bit under a meter in height. I need our timber decking and fence cleaned and then stained with 2 coats. Per the photos the deck has a built in bench and fence. With the perimeter fence only the outward facing side needs doing. The timber for both is Merbau decking and to be stained with Merbau stain. I can provide the cleaner and stain, or I can reimburse for the cost. I’ll move everything off the deck. Description: I need a welder to permanently attach 2 threaded bulkheads to a large stainless steel pot. The silicon O-rings aren't providing an adequate seal, so I want them welded in place.
