I have accidentally damaged the floor by placing a plant that leaked and left a black stain. As I though the floor boards were timber, I tried to sand it off but it turned out it was an engineered wood so now it looks like I need to replace a few pieces. I would like to fix it before moving out.

The shelf at my rental unit is wooden with a white paint over it. I had left a Coles plastic bag on the shelf but it melted and has caused the paint to come out. Not sure what needs to be done. If it needs to be sanded down and repainted - if the whole shelving unit needs to be repainted to look like what it was originally. Added a photo of a part of the shelve that is not affected by the plastic bag as well.

Outdoor deck that was installed a few years ago needs some love! I have pressure washed and stained a couple of times but it is due for more. Is a small space with some inbuilt benches.

We are looking at getting our table refinished in a black colour (see pics of colour attached). Please note we would like it slightly darker. We are hoping to keep a grain finish in the stain if you have suggestions on how to achieve this. We would want the legs and underneath also sanded and stained. Table dimensions 226cm x 93cm We want a stain that is durable and resistant to stains and scratches as much as possible. Hey all! I require 10-15 small black tyre marks to be removed from our oak flooring before we vacate out premise. I do not want the full room done. Just the marks and or areas around this. Conventional cleaners have not been able to lift this
