Wood Staining

Looking to have a decking cleaned, sanded and stained. This decking was completed 4 years ago. It’s been stained a few times. The last time it was stained with longer lasting stain however it was too dark brown. It was also a bit patchy when complete (see photo). Needing a big freshen up and some TLC. Decking is around 6x7 metres (rough). It will be fully emptied prior to arrival. Have 1 x dog that uses decking but can be kept off as needed. Hose access available.
