I need a section of floor sanded back and re-stained (to match the original stain). The flooboards have a large scratch across them thanks to a family member moving furnature across them (!). Some parts of the scratch are surface level, other parts are deeper, so I'm assuming the easiest is to sand back and re-stain the entire area (rather than fill the scratch). - The total floor area measures 4m x 4.8m approx. (~20m2) - The boards are pine and some may need to be replaced where the scratch is deep if the sanding is not effective (I'm not sure, please advise on this point). - The floor is indoors and has easy access. - I need someone with experience doing this type of work, own tools and materials... and the ability to colour match the stain properly - I need this job completed fairly quickly - by 25 Jan.

Stainless steel cabinet needs modification

I need our timber decking and fence cleaned and then stained with 2 coats. Per the photos the deck has a built in bench and fence. With the perimeter fence only the outward facing side needs doing. The timber for both is Merbau decking and to be stained with Merbau stain. I can provide the cleaner and stain, or I can reimburse for the cost. I’ll move everything off the deck. Can be flexible on dates, but would love to get done before Christmas.

I have a roughly 6m x 3m timber deck that has a dark stain on it and am looking for someone to sand it all off for me so that it is back to bare. As you can see in the photo I have started the front of the deck with an orbital hand sander but its taking too long. I am going to restain it a different colour myself. Not sure what is a fair price for however many hours but happy to be reasonable and will go ahead if I can afford you! (before I resort to DIY!)
