I need a deck stripped and restained. It is roughly 8.5m wide by 2.5m wide. I also need the front and stairs done too.

like to remove just water stains instead painting whole ceiling. 2 places, one of them can see uneven spots as well

Description: We’re looking for someone experienced in deck staining to refresh the front and rear decks at our house in Broadmeadow. The decks are in good condition and just need a fresh coat of stain to protect and revive them. Deck Details: • Covered Deck: approx. 8.8m x 3.0m (rear of the house) • Front Porch: approx. 2.0m x 1.8m • Both are timber surfaces and easy to access Scope of Work: • Light clean/prep of deck surfaces before staining • Apply one (possibly two) coats of high-quality exterior decking stain • Neat application without splashes on surrounding walls or garden • Tidy up and disposal of any waste afterwards Important: • You will need to supply the stain, including enough to cover both areas fully (please include product details in your quote) • You’ll also need to provide all tools and equipment (brushes, rollers, drop sheets, etc.)

We’re looking for someone experienced in exterior timber staining to oil the vertical wood panels on the front of our home office/studio in Broadmeadow. These are decorative panels on the exterior facade — easily accessible and in good condition. Area details: • Approx. 7m wide, 3m high at the centre, sloping down to about 2.5m on each side • Includes two large windows within the area • Panels are already installed and don’t require repairs — just staining What we’d like done: • Light clean or prep of the panels if needed • Apply two coats of exterior oil stain • Neat work around the windows and brickwork — no splashes • General tidy up afterwards What we’ll provide: • Around 2L of natural exterior oil stain (not sure if this will be enough) • A basic ladder (though it’s not in the best shape, so you may prefer your own) What you’ll need to bring: • All other tools: brushes, cloths, drop sheets, painter’s tape, etc. • Your own ladder if preferred • Solid experience with exterior timber and oil-based stains

8 seater timber table and chairs that requires sanding and oiling or staining. It is an outdoor table so something to protect it. I don’t mind how it’s finished, just nothing dark.
