Sand and stain existing timber floating floor

Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with engineered stone/quartz benchtops to treat several light stains around a kitchen sink in West Perth. Please see the attached photos. There are no chips, cracks, burns or other physical damage — only light staining/discolouration. Standard household cleaning has not removed the marks. I would like to know: * whether these marks can be removed with professional stain treatment; * whether sanding, polishing or refinishing is actually necessary; * your total price including labour, call-out and materials; and * whether you can provide a written quote based on the photos before attending. I have already moved out of the property, so access would need to be arranged with the property manager if the quote is accepted. Ideally I’m looking for a localised stain-removal treatment rather than full benchtop restoration, unless restoration is genuinely necessary. Please let me know your experience with engineered stone benchtops and your approximate total price. Thanks.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to do a cosmetic cover-up of a small mould patch on a ceiling in my apartment. This is NOT a full mould removal job — strata will be handling that later. I just need it to look clean and presentable as strata keep delaying the date of repairs. I have a piece of hollow stainless steel tube (24 mm diameter and about 1 mm width) which I need cut in two pieces . Then another section of ( 24 mm diameter, 1.2 mm width 400 mm long ) stainless steel tube I need welded in between these two pieces. I have a Parrilla grill and want the axle/shaft lengthened. I have the steel piece but it needs to be cut back by 100mm as well. (Don’t know much about welding and whether anything else is needed, like an insert or something to wrap around it. Would need some advice on this.)

I have recently bought merbau laminated wood that requires treated. I wasn’t aware this was the case so the outer frame has been built (see attached) and the rest of the wood is undercover pending treatment. I just require it treated so it lasts. I would like to try keep existing colour but if it needs stained and this slightly changes then no big deal.
