10 to 15 yr old kitchen benchtop assumed engineered stone, originally cream / beige colour. Not sure what tenants did to cause heavily stained grey stains next to sink, think top surface has crazed in spots, hoping someone can fix rather than replace. I know $100 is unrealistic. Unit is vacant Benchtop approx 600 deep x 2100 long with 300 return, then other 600 deep x 900 wide (Stove in-between). Happy to remove sink if that helps.

( however some water available and toilet access on board if required) Access to boat provided from land side from wharf at Mc Carrs creek reserve. Most importantly is that to possess a sense of humour as it is truely a small area to work on , to be flexible with availability over weekends or some dates early December during the week. However , Preferably a Sat or sun before then . Month of September most week ends would be ideal . We are making 16 custom designed stainless steel umbrella shade structures for a customer. We need a person to come to our factory to MIG and TIG weld the components. Each umbrella has a baseplate with fins, and 4 adjustable length arms. All the components have been drilled and cut to size.
