Looking for someone to come and quote for this job: Looks like these cabinets had a water damage at some point and therefore need replacing. Bench top, sink and cabinet doors are in good condition and maybe reusable. We are looking for a cost effective way to get this fixed and make it look presentable because this is just the kitchenette and there is a main kitchen in the house. We have 6 timber boards (19mm x 160mm x ~2000mm) already glued to the ceiling above our windows. Before we have curtain tracks installed, we would like the timber boards to be better secured. Task: Screw to secure the timber. Adding timber between joists if necessary. - Due date: Before Monday, 8 January 2024

interior cupboard previously held water heater. Door and surrounds was removed to relocate water heater. Need to refit door and surrounds and install 2 shelves in cupboard. I will pay to purchase the necessary hardware to install the shelves.

Replace a few rotten treads and decking boards on first landing, as per pics. Easy site access, parking and power available. Treads measure 855 wide plus recess ends into stringers. I need two replaced. 5M od decking will do the trick, each board cut to 825 long x 85 (standard?) wide. I can paint and if easier, I can buy materials.

This is a two person job, job required to carry the metal shelves up to the second floor with elevator, and then install the metal shelves in the storage room. Total 6 shelves.
