Hello, we're needing approx 80m2 of hardwood floors and internal stairs refinished. I believe it's either jarrah or turpentine. Currently they've got a very shiny finish and would prefer them to be a matte to satin finish. Finish: Matte or satin - All upstairs flooring including stairs (kitchen, lounge, and 2 bedrooms) - Punch and putty nail holes where required. - Coarse, medium, fine sand and apply satin finish. - Stairs need refinishing too on treads and risers. White walls have been marked and dinted over the years from tenants. Same main stair case on entrance from furniture being moved in and out. I need 2 small bedside tables refurbished. Top timber needs to be re-stained and re-sealed (perhaps with Epoxy resin). Legs need to be re-painted or electroplated - Due date: Flexible

Front veranda requires sanding and refinishing with a decking oil. Size is 2.1m x 5m hardwood. Currently finished in a polyurethane coating that is starting to breakdown on the outer edge boards (see photos). The rest of the verandah is in good condition. Requires full sand to remove this finish and then replaced with an appropriate decking finish. I require this work to be completed by the first week of Feb 2023. Attached is our floor plan with the dimensions but we only need top floor (excluding the bathroom and toilet which are tiled) refinished. We have removed the wall separating the kitchen/dining with the living room. We need this done the first two weeks of May as we can move our furniture to the basement and stay locally.
