Hey there, my name is Greg. I need to hire a handyperson to help me in Pelican Waters QLD, Australia. What do you need done? Design and build a shed What is the type of property? House What would you like the handyperson to work on? I want a colorbond steel shed against the house (no sheeting on the back) to cover utilities (water heater, aircon, pool pump). Shed will be 1200 deep 4970 wide and approx 2000 high. Cement slab already in place. Have a number of colorbond sheets leftover from shed and house build (probably be enough) and some structural steel from the Shed build. Also probably enough fasteners leftover as well. Please incude guttering. Easy access to site.

*Task A; apply timber washing solution to a large timber patio table. Then scrub down and rinse off. Table is in very good condition- not badly dirty/mouldy or weathered. Leave to dry 24 hours. Return next day and apply one coat of timber spray oil, wipe or brush in as necessary. After 1 hour, apply a second coat of spray oil. Task B: lightly sand the thin timber legs of 10 patio chairs (4 legs each chair). The legs are not badly weathered nor dirty, but need a decent light hand sanding. Wipe with damp cloth. Tape top of legs to avoid run stains from wood stain. Apply first coat of wood stain/varnish with a 5 cm wide brush. Leave to dry overnight. Return next day to do a second coat of stain. *We estimate about 5 hours on first visit, and then a further 3 hours on a second visit. *$25 per hour to a maximum of $225 including airtasker fee. *First visit ideally this Wednesday 9.00a,m. Second visit Thursday -Sunday inclusive. * Full payment at full completion of both tasks.
