Help fix cabinet door which has fallen off the hinges in kitchen

We have a cracked floor joist/beam supporting the first-floor suspended timber floor. A structural engineer has recommended reinforcing it by installing a 190×45mm LVL sister beam parallel to the damaged member to re-stabilise the floor. Scope of work： - Supply and install 190×45mm LVL sister beam, installed parallel to the existing cracked joist. - Fixing to be 14-gauge bugle screws @ 450mm centres, staggered pattern, plus construction adhesive / elastomeric glue between the two members for bonding. - The new LVL is to span the same length as the damaged member (wall-to-wall). Room is approx. 3.5m wall-to-wall (confirm onsite). - Works will be completed from the ground floor and will require opening the gyprock ceiling to access the joist. - After installation, the gyprock ceiling must be re-fixed/reinstated (safe and ready for patching/repainting afterwards). Patching/painting is excluded from this job. - Removal of any debris/rubbish created during the job. Other requirements - Quote must include supply of all materials + labour, as well as the LVL timber to used. - If any concealed electrical cables/services are encountered, please advise how this will be handled (licensed electrician if required). - Public Liability Insurance - certificate of currency will be required. - Relevant NSW licence. Prefer someone with structural carpentry / joist sistering / LVL installation experience. Please share photos or examples of similar work you’ve done.
