I have removed door trims and window trims for new tiles and doors, need an carpenter to cut and install new ones. Window ones will need routing to clear tiles on two sides. Door hinges will need to be routed also

Some pieces of the decking frame work have broken down. They require replacing to maintain the structures integrity. From what I can assess there are 4 places this has happened. I’d like the deck sanded and the surface recovered also.

I need a carpenter to install 66mm x 11mm architraves I have. ( 1 ) One sliding door, with a timber reveal. Approx 2.1 x 2.1. Existing skirting and mould may need to be cut back. ( 2 ) One sliding stacker door, without reveal. Approx. 2.7 x 2.1. Existing skirting on one side may be too short. If this is the case, skirting from another part of the house will need to be removed and used here. I have the architraves here. 6 x 2.7m lengths. You supply labour, tools and anything else you need.

Need cut 75mm on both side. Bought this 1.25 meter, moved to new home. Entryway space is 1.1M. Hence this needs cut both ways. I have check there is room both ways and an offset of 35mm on headboard. Come have a look, happy to take suggestions if this can be done otherwise.
