Fridge cant fit so We have to move left panel a litte more to the left to cover tile flooring area so fridge can fit in. We have to adjust the cabinets above as well. Also need to add shelves on top of microwave.

Had a guest in my short stay apartment and they have flooded the kitchen benchtop causing water to find its way from cabinet doors to inside. They stayed for a month and apparently this has been going on causing mould and water damage to the cabinet. Need a formal quote for replacement. You must be a registered builder and your quote must include all the required electrical and plumbing work. There are no plumbing leaks. Doors to be reused.

There's no space for a dishwasher even if I take out shelving because of pipes, no clearance of at least 650mm on each side of pipes. Looking for minimum amount of modifications to current kitchen to accommodate a dishwasher. Probably where the fridge is now make a slot for a full sized dishwasher and a pantry on top and move the fridge slot and wine rack to the right side where the pantry is now. Cabinetry requires some changes to accommodate replacement dishwasher. Likely lower bottom shelf by 5 mm and amend drawer face to align.

Current cavity for oven is about 1170mm high and we are replacing with new oven that’s around 890mm high. Want a filler panel and shelf for bottom of cavity to make sure oven appears snug in cavity. White gloss melamine finish for filler panel.

We have some new soft close hinges to go on 9 refreshed cabinet doors. Would like them to line up etc. Have hinges and tools. Just need someone who may have done this before. Is good at measuring accurately and drilling. Photo of old hinge, then of new hinge.

We need the open cabinets on either side of the range hood removed as they no longer fit with regulations for the height of the stovetop. The cupboard above the range hood can stay. The house is 1980s so I’m not exactly sure how they are secured. The purpose is to feed a cable from a microwave drawer through to the under-sink area.
