I am looking for an experienced professional to install picture rails in a 2 bed unit. This includes cutting the joints effectively. I am not expecting the task to cost $5 I need people to supply a quote. I will buy the railing, and am planning to paint the rails before, and then require assistance cutting to size, doing corners, installing. Then I aim to just touch up. Happy to pay per hour.

We have a section of plaster approximately 800x400mm that needs to be cut out and replaced. We also need quad fitted to the skirting boards where we have laid vinyl planking. We bought an Absco reverse skillion shed from Bunnings that needs to be put together. Dimensions are: 2.26m wide 1.52m deep 1.8m high Suggest that this is a two person job. Will need to supply own tools - a drill and rubber mallet are a must have for this job.
