The heater on my 2009 Ford Falcon Mk3 isn't working. There is heat in both hoses through the firewall. The fuse 27 is good. The direct / recircle knob seems to be working - it makes a light whirring sound and there's no direct air flow when turned to recycle. The AirCon is working - cold only. But there is no sound/whirring from the actuator motor when the knob is turned - it just stays on cold. I'm assuming it's the actuator which I can supply.
