Hi I have some problem with my 2009 Mercedes Benz sprinter 518CDI, V6, 40,000km, it's in limp mode, see attached engine codes, need sprinter experienced mechanic

I recently replaced my A160's transmission conductor plate since the previous one had an issue with its speed sensor, which made the transmission indicator show F on the cluster, and the car went into limp mode. However, after installing the new one, despite the indicator now being able to show P instead of F, the gear shifter was locked. I tried resetting the transmission, but my scanner couldn't communicate with it at all. I need someone who has worked on this particular car before to help me get back on the road again.
