Hi, I have a pair from front bucket seats sourced from a f90 that I would like to be fitted into my g31 and coded with all the functions. This retrofit would also need to have the old sears removed prior to installing the new ones.

Hey all 4 of them need to be fixed.

The rear seals have gone and it is leaking. The retailing links are also not holding the covers in place and have caused chaffing on the tops of the rear covers - open to offers on rectifying this also. Could be more or less. Let me know

Specific items I'd like checked (weak points for this model): - Coolant system — please specifically inspect the coolant lines near the turbo for any brittleness, prior replacement, or signs of past leaks. - Rear air suspension — please check the rear self-levelling suspension is holding correctly (car shouldn't sag or sit unevenly when parked), and listen for the compressor cycling normally. - Service history cross-check — I have photos of the car's own iDrive service history log. Please cross-reference the odometer reading in person against both the ad's stated mileage and the vehicle's last logged service entry, and flag any discrepancy. Hi there, The car drives very well, the engine runs smoothly, the transmission shifts perfectly, and there are no check engine lights. However, every time I start the car, the dashboard displays the message: “Drivetrain – Drive moderately. Full performance not available.” I have scanned it with a basic OBD scanner, but it shows no engine fault codes. I understand that a BMW-specific diagnostic tool may be required. Before replacing any parts, I’d like to have a full BMW diagnostic scan carried out, including all control modules, not just the engine ECU. Could you please: * Perform a complete BMW diagnostic scan (engine, transmission, DSC, body modules, etc.). * Provide me with a printout or photos of all stored and active fault codes. * Advise what is causing the drivetrain warning. * Check the battery condition and confirm whether the battery is correctly registered to the vehicle. * Diagnose a metallic rattling/vibration noise that occurs mainly at idle and around 1,000–1,200 rpm. The noise disappears or becomes much quieter above that RPM. It sounds like a thin piece of metal or an aluminium can vibrating and seems to come from the driver’s side near the firewall/dashboard. Before considering any internal engine repairs, I’d appreciate it if you could inspect common external causes such as: * Turbo and exhaust heat shields * Exhaust brackets and hangers * Water pump and thermostat brackets * Coolant pipe and A/C pipe brackets * Engine mounts * Any loose components or brackets around the firewall that could be causing a vibration or resonance. At this stage, I’m only looking for an accurate diagnosis so I can decide on the most appropriate repair. Thank you very much.

I have just replaced the radiator and the system needs to be properly bled. Please note the coolant expansion tank bleed screw is broken and cannot be removed, so you will need to work around this and use an alternative method to bleed the system. This car has a mechanical water pump, not an electric one, so the bleeding cannot be done automatically through a diagnostic tool and must be done manually. Looking for someone with BMW or European car experience who knows what they are doing. The car is located in Westmead.
