Mobile Mechanic Wanted – BMW E36 Looking for an experienced mobile mechanic to come to my home and inspect my BMW E36 restoration project. The car has 150,000km and the engine is untouched. I need someone to check and repair any suspension, brakes, steering, and mechanical items required to get it back on the road. I run a business and don’t have time to take it to a workshop, so mobile mechanics only please. Experience with BMWs is preferred. Please send through your availability and rates.

I have a 1980 Mercedes-Benz 300TD and need the engine and gearbox removed for servicing. The vehicle is in a flat carport area, and I have a pallet available for storing the removed parts. The driveshaft has already been taken out to make the removal process easier. You’ll need to bring your own engine crane and tools to complete the job.

I recently purchased a 1962 EJ Holden in Pinkenba. It is currently with a car transporter who are to deliver it to me in Melbourne. They tell me that the handbrake doesn't work. I need someone ASAP who has worked on cars of this age to identify whether the handbrake works, and if not to get it working. Hopefully it just requires adjustment of the cable, but I really don't know. I also don't know whether it doesn't work, or whether the car transport company just don't know how to use it - which I have documented for them in detail. Initially they told me it didn't have a handbrake, so clearly they don't know much about vintage cars. I also need you to show the staff how to use the handbrake. Naturally I'll pay additional cost of any required parts, just keep your receipts.

Coil bracket broke leaving coil hanging by wires. Which then rubbed thru on motor and caused wiring in entire engine bay to melt. Is going to be going thru insurance for repair

One end has alligator clamps (will stay on the car battery permanently). The other end has the SDC plug that I want accessible in the boot. I need a qualified and extremely competent mechanic that is familiar with vdj engine to locate mystery fuel leak. Leak can be seen coming out the bottom and sides of bell housing and seen slightly from top but disappears the valley.
