Hi, I have a 2013 TGB X-Motion 250cc scooter. It recently developed a fault where the hazard lights stay on permanently. I tried to fix it myself, but it’s beyond my skill level. I’ve dismantled most of the front end so you can access the electrics. The issue seems tied to the 15A “meter operate” fuse. With that fuse installed, the hazards stay on and turning the key to OFF won’t stop the engine—only the kickstand will. If I remove the 15A fuse, the hazards turn off and the key shuts the engine off normally. I’ve checked the hazard-light switch and it appears to be fine. I can reassemble everything afterward, as I noted how I took it apart. It seems like a grounding/short issue that’s triggering the hazards and defeating the key ignition. I’m sure it’s a straightforward job for the right person. I would like to get it serviced too so happy to discuss that as a option.

I’ve installed a new Android head unit with AHD support in my Honda CR-V 2009. The reversing camera is already wired through the cabin and mounted above the number plate. The head unit works fine, but the camera shows no signal (unit is set to AHD 1080/30). This should be a quick job for someone with auto-electrical experience. We recently got an Android head unit off AliExpress for our Mitsubishi ASX 2017. Got a wiring harness and CANBUS unit. Got it all hooked up and it works (sound, steering wheel controls), except the reverse camera stays on, and does not go away unless I unplug it from the harness. I assume the camera is receiving constant power, but I don't have enough experience to determine what is powering the camera and how to re-wire it to a correct reverse trigger. Hi all, I just bought a new battery for my car and need it replaced at my house. I don't have any spanners and I'm not a super handy guy but I know this should be a very quick fix.

Car electrical harness variant incompatible with standard side mirror harness of the same model. Male and female plugs do not match. Ford parts obsolete and unable to source from suppliers or wreckers. Need plugs rewired to fit aftermarket mirrors. Standard harness 3 wires, car harness 5 wires, some different colours. Job for both left and right side mirrors. 2006 Ford Fairmont BF.

I recently bought an ex-QPS Hyundai iLoad. It still has leftover police wiring installed, and the van keeps beeping whenever I drive (likely from an aftermarket buzzer/module).
