Looking for a qualified auto electrician to locate and repair the short in the wiring. Task Summary: The left low-beam fuse (15A) keeps blowing on my 2012 Toyota Camry Altise (ASV50R, right-hand drive). I’ve already done detailed diagnostic testing with a multimeter and isolated the fault to somewhere after the fuse box, likely within the harness linking both low-beam circuits. What’s Already Been Done: Replaced both low-beam bulb holders and tested bulbs (both good) Swapped and tested relays and fuses (no relay fault) Fuse only blows when relay installed and headlights ON → short on load side confirmed Checked relay socket – no short to ground Checked fuse-box underside connectors – clean, no corrosion or melted plastic Confirmed both left & right low-beam fuses are electrically linked (continuity beep) Even with the battery disconnected, both left and right fuse slots beeped (showed continuity) to each other Checked across both low-beam bulb wires (left headlight unplugged) → both wires beeped across both fuses Indicates a shared short or cross-connection between left and right low-beam wires All work so far has been diagnostic — no wires have been cut or modified.

Need my kings spotlights looked at before my road trip down south. They are connected to my light bar which works but the spotlights themselves do not work. Might be an easy fix for someone who knows what they're doing. Located in Coolum Beach Sunshine Coast

We recently got an Android head unit off AliExpress for our Mitsubishi ASX 2017. Got a wiring harness and CANBUS unit. Got it all hooked up and it works (sound, steering wheel controls), except the reverse camera stays on, and does not go away unless I unplug it from the harness. I assume the camera is receiving constant power, but I don't have enough experience to determine what is powering the camera and how to re-wire it to a correct reverse trigger. Car electrical harness variant incompatible with standard side mirror harness of the same model. Male and female plugs do not match. Ford parts obsolete and unable to source from suppliers or wreckers. Need plugs rewired to fit aftermarket mirrors. Standard harness 3 wires, car harness 5 wires, some different colours. Job for both left and right side mirrors. 2006 Ford Fairmont BF.

I recently bought an ex-QPS Hyundai iLoad. It still has leftover police wiring installed, and the van keeps beeping whenever I drive (likely from an aftermarket buzzer/module).
