Concrete Slab (5m × 3m) & Garden Shed Installation – Turramurra NSW Scope of Work: 1. Concrete Slab Installation (5m × 3m * 15 cm = 15m²) slope land Prepare and level the ground, including excavation if required. Supply all materials, including concrete, reinforcement mesh, compacted base and formwork. Pour and finish a concrete slab suitable for a garden shed. Ensure proper drainage around the slab. Ensure rainwater does not collect on the slab or flow underneath or into the garden shed. Consider appropriate slab design, levels and drainage to prevent water pooling around the shed. Remove excess soil and construction waste. 2. Garden Shed Installation (4.5m × 2.8m) Assemble and install the garden shed (supplied by owner). Securely anchor the shed to the concrete slab. Ensure the shed is level, stable and weatherproof. Install all doors, roof panels and accessories. Properly seal the shed base as recommended by the shed manufacturer to prevent water ingress. 3. Quotation Requirements Please provide separate prices for the concrete slab and garden shed installation. Quote must include labour, materials, equipment and waste removal.

Pour some leftover concrete as a temporary solution to even the angle of driveway. Please see photos.

Labour Only – Remove Deck Boards, Subframe & Handrail. Need someone experienced to carefully remove part of an existing timber deck around a pool. Scope: Remove all top deck boards in the marked red area Remove the majority of the timber subframe underneath. Existing posts and selected main structural beams are to remain Remove timber handrail/balustrade Stack/pile all removed timber and debris neatly down the side of the house. **no tip/disposal required** Area is on a slope and access underneath is limited in sections. Must have experience with deck demolition/carpentry and understand which structural members can and cannot be removed and in what order. Must have main relevant tools.

Area approx 10 meters by 300 mm wide. I would assume some type of roller will be used.

bottom part of the gate frame is rusted through, not sure if best-easiest way is to do full replace or repair. See photos for details. - full gate photo - 2x gate hinges - 2x bottom corners of the rusted bar

Driveway wooden gate, the hinges need to be repaired. The hinges attached to the metal upright post needs to be welded back on.

Presurre wash the driveway and retaining walls and apply sealant

1-Pergola already built, need to place Asphalt Roof Shingle on the roof
