I’m looking for an experienced and fully insured Demolition & Strip-Out Contractor in NSW to carry out internal demolition and site clearance works on a residential or small commercial property in preparation for sale or renovation. The job includes conducting an initial site inspection, identifying all non-structural elements requiring removal, and providing a clear, itemised quote with cost breakdown and estimated timeframe. Services may include internal strip-outs of kitchens and bathrooms, removal of non-load-bearing walls, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures and fittings, sheds or small external structures (where applicable), and safe disconnection or coordination of services if required. All demolition works must comply with NSW safety and environmental regulations, including proper containment, dust control, and lawful disposal of debris at licensed waste facilities. The site must be left clean, safe, and ready for the next stage of preparation or sale, with proof of disposal available upon request. Experience in residential strip-outs and compliant waste management is essential.

Surface: The driveway is a mix of new concrete and older concrete (see attached photo). Want the area before the gate to look uniform, so cleaning and painting them all the same colour. Preparation: High-pressure wash and clean the entire area to remove dirt and prep for sealing. Sealing: Apply a high-quality concrete sealer in Colorbond Monument (dark grey/charcoal) to cover the area described.
