Water leakage during heavy rain has damaged the wall. The wall is marked in red in the attached photo (height: 2.1m, width: 1.1m). We need someone who has qualifications and experience to: 1. remove the old wall, 2. install 1.1m wide concrete footing to support the new brick wall above. Patch and sand to make sure the concrete footing to connect well with its jointed wall and doors. 3. built a new brick wall without window, and the surface of the new brick wall is ready to painting. 4. this job does not include painting and removing the air conditioner.
