The Piers underfloor has become loose and tilted due to water leakage , allow to build 3 brick piers including excavation,concrete base and brick pier above to match as shown in picture. We have an enclosed 3x7m pergola (wall frames with fly screens and door). I would like this changed to an open style pergola with uprights. Photos attached show current state and desired finish. The retaining wall will be pushed back 1m. As such the existing enclosure walls will need to be removed in preparation. Flat roof to ve propped up while wall is demolished, pushed back and repaired (not part of this job). Then once wall is completed you can attach uprights to flat roof (my thinking, you might have other ideas). Please include material costs in quote/offer.
