Fit-off (after painting): • Supply and install LED downlights in all prepared locations. • Replace any old oyster lights as agreed. • Update a few light switches and powerpoints to modern white units. • Install 2 LED batons under the pergola and upgrade entry light

Demolition of old pergola and removal of all that’s demolished

Replace existing pergola sheets with Suntuf standard corrugated cedar bronze roof sheets. Area est 7.3m x 3m plus 12m x 5m

Demo a pergola and load all the material into a skip bin.

Demolition of old concrete lined / metal wrapped rainwater tank. Should be couple of hours work with reciprocating saw or equivalent.

Outdoor pergola and awnings need refreshing

I have a pergola that i need framed, a door/gate installed and the ceiling (above shade cloth), walls and floor fully meshed to keep foxes out. This is for a chicken enclosure. Please quote for labour and supplies.

I need a Stratco Sanctuary Patio Kit installed to the fascia in my backyard (6.3m x 2.7 m) with 3 posts (65 mm) concreted to the ground. I have all the parts and the concrete. Flexible date.

Dig 3 × 450 mm diameter × 900 mm deep for concrete pier holes in back yard. Will be installing a 4 m × 6 m pergola in October and need 3 footings in place before fixing my new deck over the space (subframe can currently be moved out of the way for digging). Some of the holes have been partially dug already. Three pergola posts sit on grass and need footing holes dug in soil to: min 450 mm diameter, 900 mm finished depth, with clean, level base ready for crushed-rock drainage layer and concrete. Excavated soil can be mounded in garden. Digging only, though happy to hear offers for additional if you have concrete footing experience. Access: Flat rear yard, 1 m side gate or 2m through small garage if needed. Power & water on site. Preferred before 4th Oct, ideally any time now over the weekend or else Thursday/Friday next week.

We’d like to transform our pergola into a more enclosed and cosy indoor-style space. The work includes: Installing fully glass doors (sliding or bi-fold) so the space can open up but still allow plenty of natural light. Updating the lighting to suit an indoor room, with the addition of a ceiling fan. Repainting the whole area.
