Find an experienced builder in SA

The pergola requires some repairs and maintenance given that I am not planning to replace it yet. I am seeking some advice and assessment to help me working out a suitable plan.

Install roof panels and gutters over existing pergolas to the front and back of the property. Front one is 4m x 1.2m. Back of the property is 4m x 0.6m. Materials will be supplied.

Need some holes dug approx 12 and dirt dug out for decking and future landscaping, estimate about 5 hours work, soft sandy ground. All dirt to stay on site.

Pressure washing my garage, clear cobwebs.

Complete van fit out for a Sprinter van. Large job. Would take several weeks at least (depending on hours willing to spend). Slightly flexible on time but wanting done ASAP. Suited for experienced builder/handyman or someone who has done this type of thing. Can look over plans to come up with more of a rough cost (this is the maximum price it allowed me to put). I have purchased a driveway gate online. I need a gate installer who has their own tools to install the gate. I can assist with the installation as a general labor. Driveway gate 3m width, consists of 2 * 1.5m(W)x 1.8m(H) panels.

I need some plastic bird spikes installed on my pergola, on 4 wooden panels (Bird spikes provided myself) I have the screws for it but a tall ladder would be required as I don’t think mine here would reach (unless youre really tall) and you’d need a drill or a screwdriver. Should be a quick job
