Finalize an assembly of an Easy shed - final assembly and attach door hinges. Clear area and install a rebated concrete plinth for the shed to stand on. Afix the shed to the concrete base when cured.

Bathroom demolition required. Remove remaining wall tiles using a jackhammer/chisel and jackhammer up approximately 10m² of existing floor tiles/terrazzo. Bathroom is already partly demolished. Looking for someone who can complete the remaining strip-out.

Several timber beams and joints are split, deteriorated and pulling away from the supporting posts. I need an experienced carpenter to inspect the structure and replace or properly repair any damaged timber, secure all connections, and check that the pergola roof is safe and adequately supported.
