Demolition Labour – Tennyson Renovation Looking for a reliable, experienced person or small crew for an internal demolition job at a 3-bedroom house in Tennyson. Approx. 130–150m² with 2 living areas, ensuite, main bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Scope of work: Bathrooms – Ensuite & Main * Remove wall and floor tiles. * Remove vanities/basins, mirrors, shower screens and toilets. * Remove bathroom ceilings. * Jackhammer/cut and remove required concrete flooring. * Remove approx. 2m x 2m non-structural wall in ensuite. Rest of House * Carefully remove skirting boards and architraves without unnecessarily damaging walls. * Remove blinds/bifold blinds. * Remove floorboards from approx. half the house. * Remove floor tiles from approx. half the house. * Remove kitchen cabinetry and island bench. * Remove living room, hallway and storeroom cupboards. * Remove laundry cabinetry. * Remove one additional non-structural internal wall. Rubbish: I will organise and pay for 2 skip bins – one for concrete/tiles/rubble and one for general waste/cabinetry. Bins can be changed daily to keep the job moving. Tools: Ideally you have your own demolition tools including jackhammer/tile removal equipment. I can provide or hire additional equipment, including a larger floor tile remover if required. Looking to start ASAP – ideally Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Happy to pay a fair day rate. Most important is someone experienced, reliable, hard-working and who will turn up and keep the job moving. Help to fix our pergola roof. There is water leaking throughout when it rains. There’s only a small drop from the roof to the edge and has been pooling on the roof and coming through sheets now.
