We have a number of rotten wood panels around the eaves of our house and in sections of our courtyard pergola and carport that need to be replaced and repainted. The pergola section needs to be fixed to prevent it falling down.

I need new aluminium driveway gates as per the following: Pair of gates with uneven leaves. Horizontal slats (65x16) with no gaps. Approximately 1830 high x 3020 wide (2/3 and 1/3). Powdercoated colour - Black Plus installation and locks etc for the pedestrian access gate The photos show the existing gates and then the style we’d like for the new gates but with the slats horizontal. We’d also like the gates to be 2/3 and 1/3 so there’s pedestrian access via the 1/3. We’d like a lock from the internal side on the pedestrian access gate. There are two sturdy posts to mount the gates but the wall one of them is attached to cracked along the side closest to the house so it would be worth coming to visit and quote to see what’s possible.

Looking to purchase a particular pergola kit online but am seeking quotes to have somebody install it and fix it as a semi permanent structure to pavers before I make the purchase. The pergola itself is 3 x 3.6m and website says minimum of 2 people to install but is designed for DIY. Ideally would like someone to see the site as access can be difficult once kit would be delivered.
