Pergola Demolition & DisposalTask: Dismantle and remove the timber-framed outdoor pergola structure next to the pool area.Post Treatment: 4 out of the 6 main vertical posts need to be cleanly cut off at 12 inches (approx. 30 cm) high, as they are being saved to anchor a future deck.Waste: Take down and dispose of the timber framework and the old shade cloth fabric lining. 3. Garden Clearing (Bamboo & Nandina)Task: Clear out the specified patch of bamboo and Nandina shrubs located on one side of the pergola (by the red brick edging).Care Required there is a water pipe located at the base of the fence line in this area. It is visible, but extreme care must be taken around it during clearing. Requirements for Tasker:Must bring your own tools (chainsaw, reciprocating timber saw, etc.).Must have a vehicle/trailer capable of hauling away all structural timber, green waste, and debris in full.Offer must include all tip/dump disposal fees.Flexible with days, but looking to get this completed over the next week.
