Help to fix our pergola roof. There is water leaking throughout when it rains. There’s only a small drop from the roof to the edge and has been pooling on the roof and coming through sheets now.

We’ve purchased a shed kit from Olympic industries that needs installing over our pool area. The structure is 15m long x 12m wide and a 4.4m peak and will sit halfway above our pool. It has an enclosed end. We’ve already got the materials onsite and full council approval. Our previous builder is unable to install due to a work injury. We have already approached a crane company to assist with a spider crane for install of the portals once the concrete piers and footings with posts are in place. Looking for someone who can come in and knows what they are doing. I am happy to provide all the plans for an accurate quote.

I need current pergola to be modified to a smaller size The current measurements are 6.5x9.8 and that's from the wall of the house, eaves are 340 to the outside of fascia. The new dimensions need to be 4.8x7.8as a maximum. It will need to be trimmed both in width and length and I believe all the materials would be reusable.  I’m presuming you’d take off approx 800 off of each end of the gable and then cut the length end and bring that inwards ( disposing 1 post ) and bringing the end face in by approx 1.9-2m

I have an old lattice fence attached to a pre-existing outdoor wooden pergola. With the recent winds, the lattice fence and associated wooden poles have significantly shifted and are dangerously close to falling on the neighbour's fence. I need someone to possibly chainsaw it down and dispose of the parts that are no longer needed.

Hi there, Seeking to have my outdoor pergola dismantled. It will be re-installed at another location so it needs to be removed in a way that doesn’t cause damage. I have included photos of how it was constructed. Job is to dismantle and leave timber at the front of the house.
