Need help to extend my pergola roof. Need expert professional who has experience of these kind of work. It would need bit of timber work as well as you can see in photos.

One of the clear sheets on the back pergola has partially come loose. It bangs loudly with strong winds and is at risk of coming off. I need the broken sheet to be removed completely before it flies off and replace with a new clear sheet. It’ll need a long ladder which I don’t have. Access is via the single story roof that the pergola is attached to. The section of the pergola is approximately 10ft high, and the loose sheet is at the outer edge of the pergola. Need done urgently. Must have insurance.
