Hi There, Looking for help with plans for a small addition we are doing to a ATCO building that we use as a granny flat. We had added a 14.5 mtr x 4 mtr deck to the front of the ATCO and would like to enclose one end and make a 4mtr x 4mtr bedroom and the other end a semi enclosed outdoor bar / BBQ area with 3 walls. The middle will remain open as a decking area. We are planning on continuing the roof of the current ATCO building over the entire deck. I need help in drawing up the plans so that I can have pre fad steel stud walls made up and would like help in figuring out the number of purlins and upright post need to support / build the roof. Ideally it would be great to have someone visit the site on the northern end of the Gold Coast for measurements, however I am open to the idea of doing any measurements that are required. We are in a rural residential area so not requiring any council permits or approvals. I have attached our rough plan and the ATCO tech plans.
