Seeking advice and quote regarding installation of a Keter Artisan shed in my yard in Northcote: https://www.bunnings.com.au/keter-2160-x-2180-x-2260mm-artisan-plastic-shed_p0102562 The area is dirt covered with screening so it would require at minimum some levelling work but unsure if this shed will also need a new base such as large pavers or a simple concrete slab.

Area is about 7m X 3m. The existing concrete is mostly broken. The concrete needs removing, the area excavated and a reinforced concrete slab poured and secondhand brick paving over the top. There is enough room for a skip in the driveway inside the property infront of this area which would need to be removed before the slab and paving are laid.

Add high-quality polycarbonate or equivalent waterproof sheeting to existing pergola deck roof. Lift and wedge slats to ensure drainage. The pergola timber slats sit on steel framing. The area to be covered is approx 4.3m x 4m. Require high-end workmanship / finish.
