Instal a motorised pergola over a deck area 6 x 3 ms. Will involve cutting down two posts to fit over built in concrete seating (see photos). There is a motor as it has a rain sensor and also a heater.

Install a shed on an already prepared, flat surface. The shed is 2.5 by 3m but need to remove one of the side panels to make finished dimensions of 1.5m by 3m. Ordered the wrong dimensions and it can’t be returned anymore. Want to work with what we have here.

I need a carpenter or someone skilled in this area. We have 4 new windows that will be installed by professionals but have to have the void for the windows constructed within a timber frame/clad house. there are existing windows that are being enlarged. The grating for the gutter at the bottom of the driveway is broken and incomplete at several spots and needs to be replaced. The drainage is also blocked and needs to be cleared as much as possible.

I need someone to assemble a shed for me that is approximately 3 m wide x 2 m high x 1 m deep. A bit of tidy up and prep work of the area that it will go on will be required as well . The brand of the shed is called an EasyShed.

Install custom blinds that have been made in China and sent here to fit my OUTMOS (4m x 3m). Wiring can be done by my electrician, so just need a handyman. Heavy so will need strength or help from another person.
