I am looking to potentially purchase an apartment that would require a renovation. I’m looking for a reliable builder to attend a property inspection with me to help guide on the scope of renovations required and to get their general guidance. This task is for this inspection and follow up advice. If we do proceed with the purchase we would look to engage further to support the renovation itself. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I have some aluminium frame windows and doors that I want to fit into my place. I need someone to come and build the wood frame to fit the aluminium window frames. I need someone to help with designing and building a wood joinery/entertainment wall in my new apartment. The wall is roughly 2.75m and a blank canvas at present. Pictures attached for the vision - just not too sure who I need to work with to bring it to life! Any advice gratefully received.

Post demolition debris (including. Earth, bricks, debris removal) and put it to the skip bin on the street (20m travel). I need 2 labor to work together. Each will be paid $100. Looking to seal a new concrete driveway that was poured 28 days ago. It's about 14sqm, just a small front area. Any type of clear/matte seal would be ideal (if good quality seal - happy to listen to advice). Not fussed about painting it a certain colour, just want it protected.

We live in a rental that has no undercover outdoor area, so we want to build a free-standing pergola - either in the backyard OR even better would be off the back door in the side yard (photo attached). We are thinking we will clear the veggie patch and level it, add some decking pavers there to create an outdoor deck space (we would do this prior to beginning work on assembling pergola). And then potentially do beams in buckets filled with concrete (so its not permanent or affixed to the property in an way), simple cross beams for roof and tin sheets. The front wheel on our sliding driveway gate has fallen off. It seems like the screw thread has worn out due to friction over the years. Need a handyman to refasten/reinstall - may require installing a larger rivet nut (original hole fit an M12 bolt) and then rescrewing.
