Dismantling and moving existing metal pergola and assembling at new location front of the property

Metal grates don't stay in place each time a car drives over it. The edges of the concrete drain/channel have eroded over time. Probably needs the edges cut deeper so metal grates sit deeper in?

The driveway gates is broken. the hinge of one side of the gate has broken with the attachment from the electric retractor broken off as well. We’re hoping to have you come and repair when you’re next available. I can attach some photos to show you what happened.

I would like to build a pergola over this unused area. Measurements are. - 290 across. - 215 front to back. - 240 height at front but to slant to back Would make in wood and paint frame. Not sure of roof - area is near a bedroom and a colourblind roof could be noisy in rain. Maybe a plastic shingle type roof. Would like suggestions. The pier under floor seems to be too low. We feel bouncy floor in 2 rooms. Fix one and rebuild one brick pier, including necessary excavation, concrete base, brick pier and ant pier cap. pack the beam with fibre cement sheet. Provide a certify that the brick piers are made and stabilised.
