Hi Looking for a qualified person to erect a pergola (looking to be installed mid May) to my property- have spoken to council and have confirmed no permits required- will need the pergola (3m x 3m x2.4m) dyno bolted to the cement. Date and time to be confirmed. Keysborough area.

I need someone who can roll up their sleeves and can clean up and indoor/outdoor area / pergola area, includes packing away and tidying up items, washing and cleaning colour bond fence around indoor / outdoor area and washing deck down.

Will require a concreter who has current public liability insurance of $10 million. -- Concreting Area 1: Concrete rectangular area of ~ 970mm x 6110mm. Concrete type: Ashlar Cut Slate. Along the right edge and bottom edge of this area, concrete sleepers to be placed. The type of sleepers are concrete sleepers shown in Sleepers.jpg. -- Concreting Area 2a: Concrete rectangular area ~ 650mm x 710mm. Concrete type: Ashlar Cut Slate. Along the left edge, concrete sleepers to be placed. The same type of sleepers as used elsewhere would be used here. -- Concreting Area 2b: Area directly adjacent to Area 2a, further towards the street. Concrete rectangular area ~ 700mm x 6610mm. Erect and install Mimosa 3 x 3.6m Palermo Gazebo purchased from Bunnings over an existing spa. The spa sits on a concrete slab with decking around one half of the deck. Two of the pergola legs will need to be secured to decking, the third leg to the concert slab, and the fourth leg will located over a garden bed that will require concert block to be poured. I have bought 2 x 20kgs bags of concrete for this. Both the 3rd and fourth legs will need to be levelled with decking legs so extra materials maybe required for this. The spa is located near the boundary fence one side so limited space to work with when installing pergola. May need some form of scaffolding or ladder over spa to install roof. - Due date: Flexible
