Convert outdoor second floor deck into an inclosed office. Requires two external walls with windows. and walls around the external stairs. Plans have been drawn up.

I need someone to build a small breezeblock wall along the side of my yard (see photos). The size will be approximately 1.8 m high × 3.2 m long. All the breezeblocks are already on-site — you’ll just need to bring tools, mortar, and any other materials needed to complete the wall securely and level.

I’m hoping that I can improve my patio by putting insulated panels on the inside of my patio roof. I’m not sure on materials I will need and happy to chat to someone about the overall design.

Need an experienced person to paint the driveway. The driveway is sloppy. I will provide the paint. The paint is a mix of sand and paint provided by QA coating. The driveway should be washed by high pressure and apply two coats of paint. No need to remove the current paint. The current paint is the same texture as the one I have now. The paint needs to be mixed prior use.

It is a battle-axe block. the driveway is 10m wide, 105m long. Potentially longer. Metal fence is preferred.

Build and install 3m x 0.78m easyshed shed on already prepared slab. Attach to concrete with concrete fixings (supplied).

Break up and removal of concrete slab as highlighted in image. There are 2 parts to the slab that add to 35-40sqm. From where I have checked, next to the slab, it appears to be 10-12cm depth. I am able to cut/open the fence in the background of the slab (as per photo) to have a 2.2m opening behind for easy access for a vehicle. The pergola will be removed prior to make sure the full section for removal is accessible.(Apologies for the photo - I live in FNQ and it was what I could find on my phone).

We have purchased a Vortex pergola from Spa world. They will deliver it to the property. We need the pergola to be built and installed on top of the spa.
