Needing a pergola built on a recently constructed house.

Background is that the tenants overfilled the bath tub, the tub sagged (because it has no support at the bottom) and left a gap between the tiles and the top of the tub. The silicon gave way because the gap was too large. This resulted in a water leakage into the walls. As shown in the photos, some walls have been removed and we now have easy access from the staircase to put some support under the bathtub to prevent sagging in the future. I need a qualified carpenter who will give me a written evidence of the work completed, to add support to the bottom of the tub. I'm thinking a H6 timber x 4 lengths under the bathtub (of exactly the right width) that goes over the horizontal timber frame (on the near side and another one on the far side).

Prepare driveway for painting. Paint driveway with, driveway paint, 2 coats.
