I want to build one vertical wall with dimensions 240 cm high and 60 cm wide. I also want to construct a horizontal wall (or bulkhead) close to the ceiling with dimensions 210 cm wide and 40 cm high.

The driveway light has come off and isn't working anymore - might be a wiring problem. Looking for someone to check and repair or replace it. Please bring your own tools and materials if needed. Prefer to get it done as soon as possible.

We have got Pergolux Sundream S3 pergola delivered. It is a 3 by 5 pergola (more details can be found on the website). It needs to be assembled and installed at the backyard. Backyard picture is attached, it needs to go over tiled area above the spa. The Pergolux website provides all details about the assembly. The manuals can be accessed from here. https://www.pergolux.app/assembly. Website says it takes 3-7 hours for 2 people. Two people coming together will be preferred.

This driveway is just dirty and has a small area under the VAN see pics of moss thats collecting on the ground. There are No oil spills or stains. Its just really just dirty and needs a thorough wash. I would be looking at someone that has experience doing these and is not doing this without prior experience. Water is available on the premises and we will remove the cars on the day agreed. Brand new built homes with brand new exposed aggregate concrete driveway, for some reason after landscapers finished their job, the driveway has some patchy marks and some concrete the landscaper dropped on them. Not sure if they can still be removed and retain its original condition, as properties are being sold soon. Not sure about the market price for this, please make offer

Looking for a builder to Install a post only. We have engineering already which suggested a 450x1000 pier with the post concreted into, so we will jackhammer part of the slab and dig the hole. So need someone to come in after and install and concrete in the post. Should be pretty straightforward and are looking to do it in about 2-3weeks time to give us some time to dig and Jack hammer etc The old post will stay in for now whilst the new one is installe, we'll cut it out after the concrete has cured etc
