Driveway repair and maintainance. Replace Sydney sand Polymer grout

Need a solid and lockable gate built at the bottom of my driveway. It's a rural property. Ideally Monday 13/10/2025.

SCOPE OF WORK – DRIVEWAY PAINT (Total Area : ~650 sqm ) 1. Preparation • Inspect the entire driveway for cracks, oil stains, or loose debris. • Pressure-wash all surfaces to remove dirt, moss, algae, oil, and other contaminants. • Mechanically abrade or etch glossy or smooth areas to improve paint adhesion. • Repair minor cracks and surface imperfections using a suitable driveway patch compound. • Mask adjacent surfaces (kerbs, lawns, walls, garden beds, and garage doors) to prevent overspray or spills. 2. Materials and Products • Use a high-quality, UV-stable, slip-resistant concrete driveway coating suitable for high-traffic areas. • Colour to be confirmed by the Strata Committee (price for charcoal or terracotta to match the existing aesthetic). • Apply a compatible concrete primer/sealer if recommended by the coating manufacturer. 3. Application • Apply two coats of the approved driveway paint using rollers or spray equipment as per manufacturer’s instructions. • Ensure even coverage with no pooling, streaks, or thin spots. • Allow appropriate curing time between coats and before traffic use. 4. Clean-Up and Safety • Remove all masking, tools, and debris from site. • Dispose of waste materials responsibly. • Leave the site clean, safe, and ready for use. • Place temporary signage or barriers to restrict vehicle access until paint is fully cured. 5. Warranty • Provide a minimum 2-year warranty on workmanship and materials, subject to normal wear and tear.

Need my driveway repainted. I believe they used Berger jet dry previously. Not sure exactly on colour.

I have council approval to do a circular driveway on my property. It currently does not have one so needs to be cut out around 1 m depth across the property. Initially I was going to do retaining walls and gates but decided I don't need to do that, just want my property sloped to the angle of the concrete driveway. Paint (seal) drive way and side of house (same colour) and paint shutters (black) I will supply sealant and paint, just need the work done

1)Install front yard brick and timber fence similar to pictures provided with electronic driveway gate. 2) Dismantle and remove old concrete fencing from back yard.

Move 2m3 of soil to backyard raised garden bed. Can supply one wheelbarrow and shovels. Woodchips to be removed from raised bed first.

The grating for the gutter at the bottom of the driveway is broken and incomplete at several spots and needs to be replaced. The drainage is also blocked and needs to be cleared as much as possible.

My husbands motorbike needs to be pushed from the basement carpark to our letterbox on the street. There is a steep ramp/driveway that it needs to get up in order to reach the letterbox. The motorbike is big and heavy. My husband will be on the front steering and you will be on the back end pushing so you need to be strong. He will help push also.

I have a channel in front of driveway that has black sika silicon they needs to be redone. Job is to remove old and put approximately 4 -5 tubes back in

We need a driveway slab extended to add some additional width to the driveway. Area is about 3m long x 40cm wide by 30cm deep. Will need an expansion joint, formwork obviously and concreting. Extending into part of the garden bed as per image included. Would like to get it done next week.

I need someone to help me water pressure the driveway, pool area (floor and the white wall) and our mini backyard. I need a skilled concreter or handyman experienced with small patch repairs to fix damaged edges and post bases on my driveway, before a Spray Crete resurfacing job on Wednesday (weather permitting). The repairs must be completed on this Tuesday (weather permitting, weather forecast seems to suggest sunny) so the new resurfacing spray crete can be applied the next day. Scope of Work: 1. Repair damaged sections along the driveway edge and around fence posts (see attached photos). • Fill and rebuild edges where concrete has chipped, broken, or eroded. • Shape edges to match the profile as closely as possible. 2. Material specification: • Use Rapid Set Cement All for patching (available from Blacktown Building Supplies), unless you have a strong reason for an alternative (please explain if so). • Use a suitable bonding agent (e.g., BondCrete) to ensure proper adhesion. • I can provide the Rapid Set Cement All and BondCrete, unless you have your own supply. Quote should exclude these if I buy them. 3. Surface preparation: • Remove loose concrete, dirt, and debris from each repair area. • Apply bonding agent according to manufacturer’s instructions before patching. 4. Finishing: • Smooth and shape the surface to blend with surrounding driveway. • Ensure patch is fully cured, level, and solid before resurfacing crew arrives the next day. Repair Locations: 1. Circular cut-out around gate post – fill and blend to match driveway level. (Photo 1) 2. Broken edge beside gate post – rebuild flush with driveway. (Photo 2) 3. Large corner break near opposite gate post – rebuild missing section to original height and shape. (Photo 6) Notes: • Driveway resurfaced on Wednesday (unless it rains), so timing is critical. • Job completed to a standard that allows resurfacing. • Please bring your own tools for concrete mixing, application, and shaping.

Install 3 units of 1.2m each driveway ramp using masonry bolts and joiners (available). Get your drill 10mm, hammer and other tools to bolt to the gutter. Quick job, should not take more than an hour.

There’s a 1-2cm gap between the footpath concrete and outside garage wall. Need to seal the gap. About 8m length in total. Please let me know what product you will use.
