I’ve just finished having a pool built. There is construction waste left over that I need removed from front/ back yard including: - wooden pallets - cut limestone tiles - sand - general building waste. I’m looking for a carpenter to modify/enlarge the pergola in my courtyard in Bondi NSW. I want to replace the corrugated plastic sheeting and expand the privacy screen to block the building next door. The driveway gate does not open. It appears to be the lock latch as I can hear the motor & swingarm working. Possibly need to replace the lock mechanism.

Re-fix 3.5 metre x 4 cm X 4 cm hardwood purlin to pergola, with stainless steel screws, old screws broken, check screws on others.

Build pergola with colourbond roof including guttering. There are cables available to include lights/fan. I’d like a quote from people who have done this previously and some photos of prior work. I think i want a timber frame with opal or clear roof. Open to suggestions from people who have done before . I have a small baby so would like to be able to attach a swing etc from wooden beams

I have an old concrete patio about 25sqm that needs to be removed and put into a skip, that will be provided. It’s about 50mm thick from where I can see. I expect it is a solid days work for two people. We have shovel and wheelbarrow to move the broken concrete to the skip. You will need a demolition saw and hammer to do the job properly. These are not provided so either you will own these or can source them on your own.

Replace snapped pulley cable on telescopic driveway gate. There are two gates that are connected and slide in parallel and overlap to save space. It is a small gate - big enough for single vehicle.
