I need 3 wardrobes demolished and all materials taken off site and disposed of. Sliding doors are approx 2700 x 970. Some cornices need to be removed but are still tbd.

I’m looking for a carpenter to modify/enlarge the pergola in my courtyard in Bondi NSW. I want to replace the corrugated plastic sheeting and expand the privacy screen to block the building next door. I’d like someone to come and look at the pergola to guide me on what’s possible and give me a quote. The driveway gate does not open. It appears to be the lock latch as I can hear the motor & swingarm working. Possibly need to replace the lock mechanism.

I have an old concrete patio about 25sqm that needs to be removed and put into a skip, that will be provided. It’s about 50mm thick from where I can see. I expect it is a solid days work for two people. We have shovel and wheelbarrow to move the broken concrete to the skip. You will need a demolition saw and hammer to do the job properly.
