Hi, I’ve just bought a 2-bedroom unit in Queens Park (near Bondi Junction) and I’m looking for a licensed builder to come in, inspect the apartment and advise what work is needed. The main areas I want advice on: • Flooring – replacing old carpet in 2 bedrooms, living room and hallway with a new floating floor over a concrete slab (subfloor is old and may need levelling). • Painting – internal repaint of living areas and bedrooms. • Bathroom – options for a light refresh vs full renovation (tiling, fixtures, waterproofing, etc.). I need someone to: 1. Visit the property, 2. Inspect flooring, walls and bathroom, 3. Explain what work is required (including any levelling/waterproofing), and 4.
