I need an experienced draftsperson/designer to finish incomplete designs and plans for renovating our first floor bedroom/study/bathroom into a master bedroom with ensuite, and to convert our attic into dust proof storage with 2 roof windows. Our former designer is unable to complete the job due to personal reasons. Happy to pay per hour or whatever suits once the job is assigned.

Hi we are renting and I’d like to get a semi-permanent pergola-like structure made. I’m thinking instead of concreting the posts into the ground, that the posts get set into pots and then filled with concrete to securely hold them up. Need an experienced building handyman with relevant experience to do the following: - apply 2cm of leveling concrete on an existing concrete floor - build one stud wall approx 3x3m with a allowance for a window - plaster that stud wall. I will supply all materials after I speak with the expert. Need to have your own tools, relevant tickets and strong Airtasker profile. Flexible with dates as long as it is finished by mid July.

General garden shed installation in north shore

There is an approx 5x3m section of our driveway which is gravel and we need it to be concrete. It is the section between the curb and footpath, both of which are in fine condition and don’t need work. We need gravel removed and level concrete laid please.

We have a bathroom that is half demolished but the rest needs to be done. All tiles need to be taken off the walls and floor so you will need the tools to do this. And the toilet needs to be taken out too. Please note this is a house, not a unit. Skip is provided and access is very near, and no steps involved. Job to be done asap. Please ensure you have the safety equipment ie googles, gloves and boots to go with all the required tools to do the job.
