Looking for an experienced, appropriately licensed and insured contractor to demolish and remove an existing guest bedroom and ensuite wing attached to our house. The attached imageshow the section to be removed in red. Scope: Carefully separate and demolish the nominated section while protecting the remaining house. Remove the walls, framing, bathroom fixtures, finishes and other demolition materials within that section. Supply all labour, machinery, bins and transport. Remove all demolition rubbish and include disposal/tip fees. Leave the area clean, tidy and safe. I will arrange water and power disconnections before work starts. Roof work and permanent making good of the remaining house will be arranged separately. Demolition sequencing will need to be coordinated with the roofer. Remove old timber posts set in concrete, We recently removed an old lean-to from the driveway on our property, but parts of a few of the timber posts remains in the ground, secured in concrete. Looking for someone to come and remove the remaining post and concrete footing. A jackhammer will probably be required. Easy driveway access to the area.
