Install a shed on an already prepared, flat surface. The shed is 2.5 by 3m but need to remove one of the side panels to make finished dimensions of 1.5m by 3m. Ordered the wrong dimensions and it can’t be returned anymore. Want to work with what we have here.

I have bought an easy shed (6m x 3.75m x 2.48). Concrete slab is pre existing with good access. I have bought concrete fittings 8pk and 3 windows (2 for the back and 1 for the front on the other side of the door), as well as the portal frame kit. Kit is arriving next Friday 31/10 so install as soon as possible after. Shed to be installed on back section of concrete slab.

I need a carpenter or someone skilled in this area. We have 4 new windows that will be installed by professionals but have to have the void for the windows constructed within a timber frame/clad house. there are existing windows that are being enlarged. Also I have no idea what the cost would be so have put $5k ??

Water leakage during heavy rain has damaged the wall. The wall is marked in red in the attached photo (height: 2.1m, width: 1.1m).
