I have degraded morter over a larger area, but the sections requiring pointing total 6sqm. The worst section has a completely loose brick (see pics). All at or below eye level. Please provide all tools & materials.

Need a brickie to consult me about- Doing some maintenence on my home im doing - *Brick motar in 1970s house is crumbling under the DPC layer around garden soil beds. Bricks in good condition. Some salt residue on bricks. Will repoint myself. And *cement path/driveway exists up to brick DPC layer in another place. has some gaps ajoining the brick walls. Thinking of filling them. So water cant get in. Would like a brickie to come around and show me weep holes (if there are even any under the DPC layer ?)and let me know if i will be doing it right. We want to enclose our open outdoor garage to make a storeroom. There is already an existing ceiling and concrete floor. We are looking for someone to brick up the open panels (2.8m wide x 4m long x 2.35m high) and install a door. There is also an aircon that would need to be removed.
