Remove existing steps and brick in new steps

Need a brickie to re mortar some sections of a house in Noble Park where the existing mortar has deteriorated. Approx 3 square meters of brickwork.

The letterboxes have detached from the brick fence and we are looking to have them re-affixed. We are strata managers for this property.

Around 50 bricks underneath the fence in the photo to be covered with Mortar, an almost 1.5 to 2-hour job. I will provide Mortar.

- Install x10 brick vents (supplied) - All except for 2 existing vents already removed - Use Heritage appropriate sand/lime mortar (NOT cement)

I need a bricklayer for a 1/2 day (4 hours) to set out and start a double brick party wall - 3.5 metres long All bricks and mortar are on site - and an electric mixer.. plus my labourer is here to mix mortar and help out etc etc

Front yard Garden bricklaying

Replace around a dozen missing and loose bricks from a brick wall. It is negotiable whether I supply the bricks and cement or you do

Need retaining wall done in front yard.

Removal of between 40-60 red house bricks (dirty/mortar-covered) and the removal of 50-75 thicker cement bricks that currently form a veggie patch. Red bricks are just lying on the grass, but the thicker cement bricks will need to be retrieved from some overgrown weeds/grass.

Remove a AC unit in the wall and lay brick and Platers works

Bricks to be removed and reinstalled back for plumber to fix leaking pipe.

As in the pic it needs to be put back together again

repair brick window ceils x 2, repair slate path and terracotta tiles both very small jobs. Cut four articulation joints above windows.

Need a bricklayer to lay roughly 120 bricks on a garage parapet that fell over in high winds. You may need to take off another row of bricks on the columns to get a good solid base. Would also like some reinforcement dowels put in place to stop this from happening again. After bricks a laid, a light touch up of the mortar to the columns so the mortar matches the new batch user would be good. The steel lintel is obviously old and rusted but it still serves its purpose

Need 16 m in straight line with built in steps plus 4 on each side Ret wall 600 mm high plus caps in charcoal verse wall blocks Steps to be approx 1.6 or so wide We will prep ground and set up crushed rock footing Your job to install it I’ll get blocks as needed Job will be ready in couple of weeks

Scope of Work: Safely remove old box-style aircon unit (not a split system) Patch internal wall (plasterboard) Patch and seal external brick wall Neat finish required Dispose of the old unit if possible

Low brick fence features a number of bricks that have become loose so require them to be refitted and secured properly.
