You will have to come twice. First to place the cable at the right spot before tiling and then to connect the switch and boxes. The scope of the work is: 1. In green on the picture: I need to move the power points/fan switch slightly to the left. I'd love to change the box too. 2. In purple, I need one power point at about 76cm from the ground to plug a washing machine. 3. In red is the current light connected to bathroom switch (in yellow). That light can be removed. I just need + and - wires moved slightly below to plug a waterproof LED strip to go around a mirror (I'll do the LED connection myself later on). This light will be connected to the bathroom switch in yellow. 4. On the other picture in blue, I need a simple small LED recess light locked in the ceiling and connected to the bathroom switch. 5. I'd like to change the bathroom switch with a new one (next to the door) - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 4 September 2023

A failed in wall toilet catchment is causing leakage, which has to be replaced. When replacing these parts, the false wall needs to be removed. When this task is being completed, I will replace all the tiles, add waterproofing, replace the sink with something that opens the space and improves the storage, and update the taps.
