Reason: wall hang vanity will require appropriately located studs to ensure study and good strength when fitted. Design space in internal wall to accommodate 1200mm shaving cabinet with mirrors. Reason: cabinet will partly go into wall and would need the space correctly designed for installation and hooking to timber. Cement sheet cladding of entire bathroom in readiness for Waterproofing and other jobs. New ceiling plasterboard to be installed. Split current Hot/Cold water fittings for 2 basins to stand on 1200mm vanity. Reason: current fittings served one basin but now being split. Likely shift of toilet waste pipe few inches to the left. Reaaon: installation of a larger shower screen than current and hence, need to ensure toiler is placed in nice middle spot after left shower screen boundary. Likely because, I'll like discuss further with plumber on options and/or if current position will suffice. Move cold/hot water fittings for shower into a middle position.
