Smoke alarm battery replacement

We have a smoke alarm that has started beeping every 30 seconds. Normally easy to fix with a new battery, however the body corporate in its wisdom has placed it in a position that would be challenging even for spiderman!! I do not know if it is a battery alarm or connected to the mains, but I suspect it is a long term battery. I need someone that knows smoke alarms with a long ladder that can be safely placed for the job. I do not know what battery it takes. Photos are attached. We would like to get this done ASAP.

Hi there, I have a vehicle that had a reverse camera fitted. Unfortunately during all the wet weather we had earlier this year some got under the lens and I've needed to replace the camera. Unfortunately it has not been as simple as a plug and play replacement so I am relying on someone with a little bit more knowledge than me to get this working. There is already existing wiring in place such as the 12v power from the reverse light and I have been able to get the video feed working however I have not been able to get the camera to 'switch' automatically when placing the car into reverse as my previous camera did. I am located in Wyoming. Happy to drive to you to have this job completed. Vehicle is a 2009 Subaru Impreza Sedan. Headunit is a Sony XAV-AX5500 Reverse Camera is a GreenYi ACVBS720P 170 Degree Fish Eye Lens Rear View Camera If any further information is required please let me know.
