Christian kept in touch with me and told me he will arrange to install as soon as it arrived. I messaged Christian when it arrived and the next day he was at my house fitting it. Very friendly guy who knew what he was doing and fitted it properly without issue. Also took time to test and rule out other issues whilst he was there.A+

The old alternator died. I installed a brand new one. It is still not charging the battery when the car is running. Nothing on the dash works as well when car is on. rpm stays on zero, clock not showing etc. The car is a 2000 nissan navara dx 4 cyl petrol rwd. When engine starts high pitched noise from front. Have replaced belt but still squeals. Suspect alternator bearing as dash charge gauge not showing up to 13 volts. Could be water pump bearing so need to test. Car is an XJ 6 Jaguar 1985 Sovereign so access to alternator only from below under air conditioning compressor.
