Find a local headlight bulb replacement expert in SA

Looking for someone to help with two quick fixes on a 2013 Suzuki SX4 to make it look presentable. 1. Rear Bumper: The side of the rear bumper has popped out of its bracket (see photo). There are NO sensors. I just need it clicked/fitted back into place properly. No painting or buffing required. 2. Headlight Restoration: The passenger side headlight is a but figgy and needs a restoration/clean to bring back clarity. This is an everyday car, so just need who can do presentable fix bunnings just 2 mins away from my place more to pay for the needed items .

I have some replacement bulbs for my MG HS SUV. Both the H7 & H1 globes. I need assistance replacing them. If you know what you are doing you will know this is a quick and easy task.
